Who Needs To Apply For An Arrival Card?
Everyone entering Singapore must submit the SG Arrival Card before arrival, except:
- Transit passengers who stay airside and do not pass through immigration.
- Long-Term Pass holders using automated lanes where SGAC is not required (check latest ICA rules).
What Happens If I Forget To Apply For An Arrival Card?
You may be allowed to complete it on-site at the airport or checkpoint, but this can cause long delays and may result in entry denial in rare cases.
ICA strongly recommends submitting at least 24 hours in advance to ensure smooth immigration clearance.

When Do I Need To Submit My Arrival Card?
Submit your SGAC within 3 days before your arrival in Singapore, including your arrival day. For example, if you land on October 15, you can submit anytime from October 12 onward.
